CONDENAN A 40 AÑOS A VIDA A UN HOMBRE QUE MATÓ A SU HIJA Y SU NIÑERA

WHITE PLAINS, Un hombre de Mount Vernon, quien mató a su hija de nueve años de edad y su niñera, fue condenado el martes a dos penas consecutivas de 20 años de vida al declararse culpable de dos cargos de asesinato en segundo grado.

Darrell Evans, de 51, disparó y mató a Lorna Williams, de 42 y su hija, Ayana Evans, el 7 de enero del 2010 en su casa.
Según la policía, Darrrell llamo a su esposa Joan Whitfiel de 47 años, y les dijo que iba a matar a su hija y a la niñera, de inmediato la señora llamo a la policía para informarle del hecho pero cuando los agentes llegaron a la casa ya era tarde.
Darrrell después de cometer el hecho se rindió ante la policía ya evitando así más derramamiento de sangre
Policía recuperó una pistola cargada de cal.380 cerca de la puerta de la casa.
Evans ahora cumplirá las dos condena de dos asesinatos consecutivamente y una sentencia federal de dos años que está cumpliendo en una convicción de fraude de correo en el 2008.

MAN WHO KILLED HIS DAUGHTER AND HER BABYSITTER GETS 40 YEARS TO LIFE
WHITE PLAINS – A Mount Vernon man who shot and killed his nine-year-old daughter and her babysitter to death, was sentenced Tuesday to two consecutive prison terms of 20 years to life on his guilty plea to two counts of second-degree murder.
Darrell Evans, 51, shot and killed both Lorna Williams, 42, and his daughter, Ayana Evans, on January 7, 2010 in her home.
He had argued on the phone with the mother of his child, Joan Whitfield, 47, and told her he was going to kill his daughter and her babysitter. Whitfield called police and when they arrived, Evans walked out of the front door unarmed and surrendered, telling police he shot both victims. Inside, both were found.
Police recovered a loaded .380 cal. handgun near the front door of the house.

Evans will serve the two murder sentences consecutively to a two year federal sentence he is serving on a 2008 mail fraud conviction.
